Our brief for this project was to create and build an interactive digital clock. Moreover, we were given the choice of either working by ourselves or to work with someone. Since I had not done a project by myself I decided to this alone.
When I went back home I wanted to come up with a few ideas but I had a creative mind block. Therefore, I procrastinated and started playing with cards. When playing with the cards I thought about somehow displaying time with the cards. But, when laying down the cards with 4×4 dimensions (due to the size of my hallway), I noticed a problem right away. When displaying the number 2 and 3 the cards were crossing other cards and they were not even. From there I realised I didn’t want to go ahead with this idea.
