We printed off the hours and names of the rooms and stuck them in the stairs. Reason being was, that these were variables which were not going to change so there was no point of projecting something if it could just be printed off. We decided to have the timescale from eigth o’clock in the morning until midnight (these were the opening hours). The picture on the side displays a projection mapping from one time of day with demo data and Will created the visuals of the green and red slots as well as a demo animation demonstrating how it would look throughout the day.
