For this project, I have created a prototype of my app without the use of design XD. Reason being was that I wanted a more hands-on experience than watching a demo video of my app. Therefore, in this project, I’m presenting a virtual experience of an iPhone X where the user can test out the demo of the App Mello.
In coming up with the interface of my app I researched UI kits that had already been provided and from studying them and seeing how these designers went from creating UI kits to Gui kits it inspired me to create the user interface. Below are a couple images of UI kits that I took inspiration from.
I originally had planned to go with a black background App as I was inspired by other music Apps such as Spotify. But, after having done the design for the contacts with a retro-styled theme I felt as though the theme would not seem so suitable for all ages it would appear that it would only be for teenagers which is not the case. The target audience I’m trying to meet is people of all ages besides the very elderly therefore I went for a brighter simpler and sleeker design.

I have a slight fear that the website would not be able to be uploaded onto a server because of the size of the file as I have had to copy multiple files for the songs.
