Easter project - interactive data visualisations

For this Easter project, we were set the task of making our data visualisations that we did over the summer interactive. I decided to create websites that allowed the user to input their own data so that they have a data visualisation personalised to them. However, in terms of functionality, it didn’t work for both websites as I couldn’t manage to write the javascript correctly. But, I went for a minimalistic theme as I wanted the focus of the user’s attention on the data visualisation produced and added a key to identify the colours being shown.

The first website is of a converse that was going to present 5 shoelaces and would change height based on how much you have walked from Monday to Friday.

This website was of a cocktail that divided the glass into rows for each day. Those rows are further subdivided into social media usage per day. The cocktail glass was used as a metaphor of how people use different social medias at once.
